For Customers
No — all orders must be placed through an approved Order Concrete partner.
This ensures fast processing, local support, and streamlined delivery without credit accounts or paperwork.
Because we’re not a marketplace.
We work directly with plants and partners to ensure real pricing, real batching, and real support — no floating quotes or “we’ll get back to you” forms.
Not publicly.
Pricing depends on location, mix type, delivery window, and volume — but our partners can confirm pricing fast and schedule everything for you.
We supply concrete across metro and regional Australia using a national network of plants. If you’re unsure, contact us or get matched with a local partner.
No accounts, no applications.
All jobs are COD (cash on delivery) and handled through our partners.

• Mid-job increases in volume
• Reorders from the same customer
• Jobs submitted by anyone using your link (even if it’s forwarded)
There’s no cap — you’re paid on all future volume.
Your link will look like this: yourname.orderconcrete.com.au
You can share it by:
• Text, WhatsApp, or email
• Adding it to quotes or invoices
• Turning it into a QR code for signage
Any job submitted through that link is tracked to you.
Nope — we handle everything.
You refer the job, and we:
• Confirm the order
• Collect payment
• Schedule batching and delivery
• Manage plant coordination
You do zero admin. We do the rest.
